This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can demand from us under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and Chinese law (PIPL). Questions go to hello@robokanban.com.
账号信息（邮箱、密码或验证码登录凭据）；你在企业档案或采购档案中主动填写的内容（公司名称、品牌、城市、官网、联系人、能力标签、简介、近况）；你发出的询盘内容；以及在你同意后由 Google Analytics 与 Ahrefs 统计的使用数据（页面、来源、大致地区）。Account details (email, plus a password or one-time code); whatever you choose to put in a company or buyer profile (company name, brand, city, website, contact, capabilities, introduction, latest update); the content of inquiries you send; and — only if you consent — usage data measured by Google Analytics and Ahrefs (pages, referrers, coarse location).
用于提供与维护服务（登录、保存资料、撮合供需）、保障账户与平台安全、以及在获得同意后了解站点使用情况以改进产品。我们不出售个人信息。To run the service (sign-in, storing your profile, matching buyers with suppliers), to keep accounts and the platform secure, and — with consent — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.
名录里的企业信息（公司名称、品牌、所在地、官网、简介、产品与能力）来自展会会刊等公开资料，以及供应商自行提交的内容。我们按提供方给出的内容展示，不对其准确性作保证。若信息有误，或你希望更正、下线某条信息，发邮件至 hello@robokanban.com，我们会在 15 个工作日内处理，并同步从站点移除。Company information in the directory (name, brand, location, website, profile, products and capabilities) comes from public sources such as exhibition catalogues, and from what suppliers submit themselves. We publish it as supplied and do not warrant its accuracy. If something is wrong, or you want an entry corrected or taken down, email hello@robokanban.com — we act within 15 working days and remove it from the site.
会刊名片上的个人手机号与个人邮箱属于个人信息，我们已将其从站点移除，仅在后台留存用于商务联络。企业域名邮箱、400 电话与区号固话指向的是法人主体而非个人，不属于个人信息，仍正常展示。Personal mobile numbers and personal mailboxes taken from exhibition business cards are personal information: we have removed them from the site and keep them only in the back office, for business contact. Company-domain mailboxes, 400 numbers and landlines identify a legal entity rather than a person, so they are not personal information and stay visible.
名录中的官网链接指向第三方网站，其内容由对方自行维护，我们不控制、也不为其内容负责。所有外链均标注 rel="nofollow"（不代表背书、不传递权重），并建有台账、每季度巡检一次；发现异常即下线。Website links in the directory point at third-party sites maintained by their owners. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain. Every outbound link carries rel="nofollow" (no endorsement, no weight passed), is recorded in a ledger, and is re-checked quarterly — anything that looks wrong comes down.
RoboKanban 的两端分处美国与中国，你提交的信息可能在美国与中国两地被访问与处理（PIPL 第 38-39 条所称的跨境提供）。分析类数据默认不跨境：只有在你明确同意后才会传输。RoboKanban operates on both sides of the Pacific, so what you submit may be accessed and processed in both the United States and China (a cross-border provision under PIPL Articles 38–39). Analytics data does not cross any border by default — it moves only after you explicitly agree.
托管与身份认证由 WorkBuddy 云服务提供；邮件用于验证码与通知；Google Analytics 与 Ahrefs 仅在你同意后用于统计。我们不向广告网络提供数据。Hosting and authentication run on the WorkBuddy cloud service; email carries codes and notifications; Google Analytics and Ahrefs measure traffic only with your consent. Nothing goes to advertising networks.
账号与档案资料在你删除账号前一直保留，你可随时自行修改。分析数据按各服务商的默认保留期保存（Google Analytics 通常为 14 个月）。Account and profile data stay until you delete the account, and you can edit it yourself at any time. Analytics data follows each provider's retention window (Google Analytics defaults to 14 months).
中国居民（PIPL）：可查阅、复制、更正、删除你的个人信息，撤回同意，并要求解释处理规则。加州居民（CCPA/CPRA）：可要求知悉收集与使用的类别和目的、删除、更正，并可选择不「出售/共享」个人信息 —— 我们本不出售，因此该项默认为关闭。行使方式：发邮件至 hello@robokanban.com，或使用页脚的 Cookie 设置撤回分析类同意。我们不会因你行使权利而区别对待。If you are in China (PIPL) you may access, copy, correct and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and ask us to explain our processing rules. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) you may request to know the categories collected and why, request deletion and correction, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell it, so that setting is off by default. To exercise any of it, email hello@robokanban.com or use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw analytics consent. We will not treat you differently for asking.
若你的浏览器发送 GPC 信号，我们将其视为有效的「不出售/不共享」与拒绝分析类处理的请求，分析类 Cookie 会保持关闭。If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and a refusal of analytics processing — analytics stays off.
本服务面向企业与专业人士，不面向 16 岁以下儿童；若我们发现误收集，会立即删除。The service is for companies and professionals, not for children under 16. If we learn we collected from a child we delete it promptly.
本政策若有实质变更，我们会在本页更新日期并另行提示。继续使用不构成同意：分析类处理始终以你的明确选择为准。Material changes will be reflected here with a new date and flagged on the site. Continued use is not treated as consent: analytics processing always follows your explicit choice.
